I am Minza jan, a student of the CSE branch, Section B, Roll No. 10415, currently studying in the 3rd semester at SSM college of engineering parihaspora, pattan.
I would like to bring to your kind attention an issue regarding the recent increase in our semester fee. At the time of admission, I was informed that the annual fee for the course would be ₹48,700, and it was on this basis that I decided to take admission in this institution. However, from the 3rd semester onwards, the fee has been abruptly increased to ₹75,000 per year, without any prior notice or valid explanation.
Such a sudden and steep hike in fees, especially after the course has already commenced, puts a significant financial burden on students and their families. It becomes very difficult for us to continue our education under such unexpected changes, particularly when the original fee structure was one of the main reasons for choosing this institution.
I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary steps to revert the fee to the originally committed amount of ₹48,700 per year. I sincerely hope the college will consider the difficulties faced by students like myself and take a fair decision in this regard.
